Jiří Benedikt will guide you through the workshop - a lecturer and innovator who teaches people in companies to lead innovative projects, use technologies wisely, and succeed in the digital age. In the past, he worked for 3 years as the CEO of an invested startup and 5 years as a management consultant at PwC. He is also the author of the podcast Next Steps. His goal is for people to leave his trainings and workshops with a desire to change something and with practical instructions on how to do it.
The workshop is part of the DoToho! mentoring program that was created by Opero and Prague Inovation Institute and is designed for owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises.
