Stress is ubiquitous and most of us perceive it negatively. However, the question of whether stress is good or bad does not have a clear answer. It always depends on the amount of stress and the way we deal with it. So join the webinar that is part of the DoToho program! and learn to handle it.
The webinar will be led by Adam Táborský, who founded the Therapy Among the Trees project, which connects nature and mental health. He also works as a psychologist at the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital, where he works with people who have borderline personality disorder. He studied single-subject psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno. He also studied sociology, political science and public policy here. During his studies, he visited University College London and Deakin University in Melbourne, among others.
The webinar is part of the DoToho! mentoring program that was created by Opero and Prague Inovation Institute and is designed for owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises.
