What do you need to know:

• come in comfortable clothes and with a yoga mat in your hand
• it is not possible to use the dressing room or shower in the Opero
• you can pay for the lesson by credit card on the spot

Alžběta Husáková alias Bebe from Komplex Lajf - an educational platform dedicated to a healthy lifestyle will guide you through the lesson. Alžběta is a yogin who teaches yoga, breathing, and relaxation. She organizes courses, workshops, online and offline lessons and conducts its favorite weekend yoga stays at the fara Habřina - in an oasis of peace, good food, and beautiful surroundings. Bebe has completed 580+ hours of yoga classes and is already looking forward to passing on her knowledge to you.

Please follow all current government regulations regarding the distribution of COVID-19 and the following conditions:

• We will check for proof of infection-free status at the entrance according to the current rules for social events. The event organizer is required to check for compliance and may not allow the guest to attend if they fail to prove compliance. Please be understanding and cooperative so that the arrival is without complications and misunderstandings.
• To prove that you are infection-free, we recommend using the Tečka application.
• If you are not feeling well or have other symptoms of a viral infectious disease, please postpone your participation, we will be happy to see you at another event.
• During the event we recommend the use of disinfectants that will be available on site.
