This form of yoga is inspired by classical Hatha and Jin yoga - unpretentious and relaxing. Unlike more muscular forms of yoga focused on muscles, these forms of yoga tend to focus more on the deep release of joints, tendons, ligaments, and binders. Designed for everyone who wants to rest after the work day, while giving the body stretch and flexibility. Regardless of experience, we welcome everyone.

Petra Weiss is our lecturer who has experience with yoga training in the center of Agama yoga in Thailand, retreats in Sri Lanka, Cambodia or Prague with Siddha from Nepal.
