Opero Atrium or inside
This form of yoga is inspired by classical Hatha and Jin yoga - unpretentious and relaxing. Unlike more muscular forms of yoga focused on muscles, these forms of yoga tend to focus more on the deep release of joints, tendons, ligaments, and binders. Designed for everyone who wants to rest after the work day, while giving the body stretch and flexibility. Regardless of experience, we welcome everyone.
English and Slovak friendly :)
Petra Weiss is our lecturer who has experience with yoga training in the center of Agama yoga in Thailand, retreats in Sri Lanka, Cambodia or Prague with Siddha from Nepal.
"I have been doing it in various forms and at different frequencies since 2000. In the end, I have been getting more subtle forms of yoga."
Dagmar Goldmann - Member of Opero and second lecturer, says:
"Yoga is a moving meditation for me, I have been practicing various types of yoga directions for over ten years, gradually more in the sense of conscious movement and yoga therapy, with respect to individual needs - as part of the Akash training in Prague."
Bring a pad and do not forget that the showers are not in the Opera. Our summer yoga, however, will not sweep you, but it will rather stretch :-)
