During the morning quiet 60-minute yoga lesson, we chant the introductory mantra together, balance our breath with pranayama breathing techniques, warm up with Surya namaskar (Sun Salutations) practice, and stretch and activate the whole body during asana practice to prepare for the next working day. At the end of the lesson we will enjoy relaxing relaxation.
The lesson is suitable for both beginners and more advanced students and those interested in yoga.
