About the trainer:
Coach, mentor, trainer, manager... but most importantly a person who believes that everyone has the power within themselves to live life to the fullest. She advises people and companies to find the right direction and how not to get lost on the way to the set goal. When to slow down, when to speed up, what to do when you're running out of energy and why it's important to celebrate.  
 
Her desire to change established processes and increase productivity has taken her into the corporate world in the past. She managed Vodafone's Call Centre, implemented new customer and billing systems and eventually anchored in IT. Under her tact, the development department at O2, the IT Project Office at Raiffeisenbank and several startup projects were changed. Today she is primarily involved in consulting in the areas of leadership and team dynamics, change management, negotiation and coaching.
