The current pandemic situation will fade away, but some of the „lessons learned“ will remain. One of them will be the way we perceive the office work. Most companies have already tested this style of work in distributed teams. However, is the home office a long-term sustainable solution? Personal contact is essential for team creativity, learning from colleagues, formulating new ideas through spontaneous interactions, and preserving corporate culture. Is the home office a new normal? To what extent will companies become flexible? In which direction the form of offices will evolve? How to handle people development and maintain company culture?
We will look at this topic from several angles – the invitation to the panel discussion, moderated by Pavel Přikryl from Opero, was accepted by:
Scott Marlowe – HR Director, Česká spořitelna
Michaela Koštířová (Palatá) – The Head of Internal Communication and CSR, Avast
Filip Muška – Workplace Strategies Lead & Change management, CBRE
Petr Skondrojanis – HR Pro, Company culture mentor, Cocuma
The event will be held in Czech.
If you wish to participate please register by 25 January.
