The first guest is Zbyněk Frolík, founder and managing director of LINET, one of the four largest hospital and nursing beds globally. LINET products are sold in 93 countries on all continents. He was named the Best Manager of the Year 2009 and is the winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year 2003 competition in the Czech Republic and represented the Czech Republic at the International Entrepreneur of the Year 2004 competition in Monte Carlo. He lectures at several Czech universities.

The discussion is moderated by radical innovator and city hacker Tomáš Studeník. Tomáš is improving hospitals, factories, cities and corporations. He is the head of the consulting company Insane Business Ideas. He brought FuckUp Nights to the Czech Republic, wrote the Great Book of Fuckups. He was also named TOP IT Personality of the Year 2020 by Computer World magazine. Tomáš is the author of the THEAITRE project, where artificial intelligence wrote a play, which had its world premiere to celebrate 100 years of robot work at the Švanda Theater in Prague.
